THE PROGRAM:

Start your Castor ridge climb from the Quintino Sella Hut and follow the stunning Felik Glacier to the Felik Pass.
From there, continue on the narrow South-East ridge, cross the foresummit, and reach the spectacular Castor peak at 4,226m.
Alternatively, enjoy a Castor ascent from the Ayas Guides Hut, experiencing another classic route of the Monte Rosa massif. The west-east traverse, part of the Trofeo Mezzalama, highlights the beauty and challenge of the Castor mountaineering experience.
The Castor is also one of the most aesthetic summits of the famous Spaghetti Tour, a must for alpinists. Although accessible, the Castor guided climb requires good endurance and preparation, since the ridge is long and often crowded.
