Mont Blanc Vallée Blanche
The Vallée Blanche winds for more than 20 km along the famous Mer de Glace. It has always been considered the classic route of freeriders and off-piste ski enthusiasts.
The descent develops through the spectacular glacier that goes down from the Mont Blanc to Chamonix. The height difference is really impressive: 2,438 meters for one of the most beautiful slopes in the Alps. The Vallée Blanche offers several descent alternatives (at least 7!) as well as a number of skiing routes which can be included in more challenging tours. The classic descent remains one of the most meaningful experiences for those coming from the world of skiing on the track or ski mountaineering. Peaks of red-orange rock alternate with ice towers. Ephemeral towers that plunge into seracs you turn to in awe as you pass by. The view changes at every turn, giving you glimpses of the mountains that marked the history of mountaineering.
