On average, you do an aerobic wor out twice a week. You can hike 4-6 hours a day, with differences in altitude of 250 m/h and 600-800 m per day.

INTERMEDIATE
You go hiking on a regular basis (at least once a week) and do intense aerobic activities, such as cycling 40 km and walking 10 km every week. You can hike 6-8 hours a day, with differences in altitude of 250 m/h and 800-1000 m per day.

GOOD
You go mountain hiking, play sports and work out (cycling 80 km and walking 20 km every week) on a regular basis. You can hike 8-10 hours a day, with differences in altitude of 300 m/h and 1000-1400 per day.

VERY GOOD
You test your physical and mental strength continuously; you are able to withstand long and intense physical workouts (both aerobic and anaerobic). You can hike up to 10-12 hours a day with differences in altitude of 300 m/h and from 1400 to 1800 m per day.
