With more than 600 icefalls, in winter the Aosta Valley becomes a frozen wonderland. Icefalls for all those who wish to approach this exciting discipline. From the ice climbing paradise of Cogne, to the icefalls of Lillaz and Valsavarenche, to the icefalls of the Gressoney valley, tailor-made itineraries for ice lovers, even beginners , of all ages!

GROUP DEPARTURES

DAY

Approach time: from 30 minutes to 2.30 hours
Meeting point: Meeting in a suitable location for equipment check and short briefing.
Departure for the chosen destination. Approach and climbing the ice fall.
Some possible destinations: Cohésion Zero, Sogno Realizzato (Val di Rhemes), Antares (Valsavarenche), Vachérie (Valdigne), Sodoma, Gomorra(Valpelline), Bonne Année, Candelone of Sendem (Val di Gressoney) and many more.
Return and celebrations in front of a good local snack.

RATES

420 € fee per person with 1 participant
220 € fee per person with 2 participants
The rate includes
  • the assistance of a UIAGM/IFMGA certified Mountain Guide
  • liability insurance
  • safety gear used by the Guide (eg rope)

The rate does not include
  • research and rescue insurance with UVGAM coverage (recommended): €5 per person for 3 days
  • transfers, meals and accommodation
  • the Mountain Guide’s expenses (transfers and meals) to be covered by participants
  • anything that is not mentioned under "The rate includes"

  • It is crucial that participants follow all instructions provided by the mountain guides before and during the activities, and that they accept any changes made to the programme in order to guarantee their safety.
  • Fees for lift facilities, transfers and mountain lodges are subject to changes established and applied by they respective owners. without any liability attributable to PEAKSHUNTER Mountain Guides.
  • The rates listed in the “The rate does not include” section are to be considered merely indicative and are therefore subject to changes.
