Basic ski mountaineering course for adults and teenagers. A 2 days module aimed at beginners who want to approach this outdoor discipline.

backpack 30 l
water bottle (1 l min) or thermos
energy bars or dried fruit/nuts

Clothing

wool cap/beanie or fleece-lined hat
buff
sunglasses
waterproof shell jacket (Gore-Tex®, Paclite®, Conduit, etc.) (4th layer)
insulating garment made of Windstopper® or Primaloft® (3rd layer)
wicking turtleneck (2nd layer)
breathable T-shirt (1st layer) 2x
light backup gloves, 1 pair
heavy insulated gloves 1 pair
shoeller climbing pants
thermal leggings or tights
ski socks
